From concept to delivery, we manage every step of the process
from one custom piece to a complete projecet.
Design & specification
1–2 WEEKS
We finalize drawings, materials and finishes with you remotely. Wood and finish samples can be couriered on request before you commit.
Handcrafted
production
5-7 WEEKS
Made to spec by our Indonesian artisans in solid hardwood throughout. A 50% deposit starts production; the balance is due before your container ships.
Quality control & packing
5–7 DAYS
Quality control & packing
Every piece is inspected and photographed for your approval, then export-packed and fully documented – Certificate of Origin and SVLK legal-timber certification included.
Sea freight, door to door
4–6 WEEKS
Sea freight worldwide, delivered and unloaded at your site.
