Refund & Credit Policy
At AsliCraft, we take pride in the authenticity and quality of our handcrafted products. Each piece is made by skilled artisans, and natural variations in color, texture, and finish are part of the product’s unique character — not defects.
However, if a product is delivered with a verified defect or does not match the approved order specifications, we will gladly address the issue as follows:
1.Reporting & Verification
- Buyers must notify AsliCraft in writing within 7 days of delivery, providing clear photographic or video evidence and relevant measurement or specification details.
- Our Quality Assurance team will review the evidence to confirm eligibility for credit or refund.
2.Credit or Refund
- If the claim is approved, a credit note will be issued for the verified defective items.
- The credit can be applied toward the buyer’s next order.
- If no new order is placed within 90 days of credit issuance, AsliCraft will process a refund of the credited amount to the buyer’s original payment account within 14 business days.
3.Exclusions
- Minor variations in color, grain, or finish are normal in handcrafted products and do not qualify as defects.
- Damage caused by mishandling, improper storage, or unauthorized modification is not covered.
4.Shipping Costs
- In the case of verified defects or errors on our part, AsliCraft will cover reasonable return or replacement shipping costs, subject to prior written approval.
